She eased the stress of the process. She helped me find vendors, all of which were great and reasonably priced! She understands the planning process and executes perfectly. She helped us pick the linen colors and even folded all the napkins to make them look like bows the day before the wedding. Every meeting, every phone call, she was there on time. You plan and plan for that one special day and hope that everything goes fine. I did not show up until an hour before the actual ceremony, trusting everything to Cristina. I was amazed! Everything was perfect! The tables were beautifully set, the bar, the desert table, the table with all the favors, everything was perfect. I used a lot of Cristina’s decorations and she did a fantastic job setting everything up. The ceremony, dinner, everything went smoothly. At one point, one of the guest spilled some wine on her dress. I brought her to Cristina. She had wine off and everything you could think of to remove a stain. My friend’s response was, “It is certainly worthwhile to hire a good wedding planner!” I can not thank Cristina enough because my daughters wedding was PERFECT! There is one more very important thing. Cristina is not only a great wedding consultant, she is one of the nicest people you will find. Always calm, always pleasant. Just a great person!”

So, THAT magnified by the craziness that is wedding planning made me a pretty tough customer to please. But, Cristina & Melissa were amazing in every way — my husband and I still talk about how impressed we were, and how our wedding weekend would never have been as magical, memorable, and silky smooth if it weren’t for the Heald crew. They are the most friendly, organized, experienced and professional wedding planners I’ve yet to encounter… and we’ve been to a lot of weddings! As an event planner myself, I live & die by spreadsheets, checklists, calendar reminders, etc. Cristina & Melissa are the same! We were totally in sync with all our info sharing, and I knew nothing would slip through the cracks thanks to their organization. Not only did Melissa handle everything flawlessly on the day-of, and had all our wedding details practically memorized, but she dealt with our friends and family with the same care and thoughtfulness. Things were getting done without us even having to think about it. She was the behind-the-scenes hero of our rustic, outdoor, summer wedding. If that’s what you’re looking for, you must give these girls a call.”

Where to even begin? Awesome things about Cristina: Her breadth of experience helped me in decisions ranging from vendor selection to setting the wedding day timeline. She is extremely flexible, in everything from arranging meetings to finding ways to accommodate the last minute guests. We had a Jewish wedding with many traditional elements, and Cristina was not only familiar with the proceedings but helped me strategize how best to organize those less well-known portions. Cristina helped me with budget and cost decisions, always offering a variety of ways to do something and how to save. She juggled our family dynamics smoothly and gracefully. She is a resourceful problem-solver, weathering at least two rental fiascos and quickly offering solid solutions. I was really able to enjoy the wedding because of her. I could go on!! Suffice it to say, Cristina’s services are an amazing value, she runs a great team, is a delight to interact with, and I’d recommend to her to any friend or family!!!!”

When my then fiancee and I picked a date an venue my most brilliant contribution to a perfect wedding was hiring Heald to do our wedding planning. Cristina was very professional but made it fun and if such a thing is possible at least for the groom “stress free”.. She dealt with mother in law, club mangers and chef.. got them all on the same page.. all great.. She came out to wedding venue several times.. was there for the rehearsal and was first on the scene wedding day and one of the last one’s to leave at the end of a great day.”

And, added bonus, she has a great inventory of decorative items (vases, chalkboards, cake stands, easels, etc.) that she lends to clients for free. A very nice little bonus. If I could give 10 stars to Cristina I would! She is incredible!!”

She was very responsive to all of my emails and concerns. She recommended great vendors and saved me money where she could with rentals. She even let me borrow a few of her items for free. She was a great value and can not imagine how the day would have gone without her (or I can but chose not to). My # 1 advice to brides would be to get a planner or at the least day of planner. You think you won’t need one to save $ but in the end they save you the $$ and stress. You don’t have to call vendors to confirm she does it. You have someone there to answer all of your weird questions. I would recommend Cristina if you want a well organized worry free event! We cannot thank Cristina enough. She really made our day perfect.”
